Ginger ale. The nectar-of-the-gods for those with nausea. Thing is, after about a week, ginger ale can be a little…boring. I’m not a big fan of fruit juice/soda combinations normally — too sweet. But sometimes calories are actually the point, and this week I discovered that blending peach nectar in changes the flavor just enough and packs in 100% of your daily Vit C (according to the label…).
I mix in about half a can of ginger ale to half a can of peach nectar, or about 6 oz of ginger ale to 2.75 oz of peach nectar, but this is all to taste. If I’m really green, I start out with mostly nice flat ginger ale. Cheers!
